1) Scope

Dr. Veronika Jana Lubert conducts individual, group, and team coaching, seminars, workshops, talks, and mentorship programs in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (T&C). With commissioning, these conditions are deemed to have been accepted by the customer.

2) Fees and terms of payment

The fees agreed on within my proposal will be charged for my services. Unless otherwise agreed, the term of payment is two weeks.

3) Cancellation conditions and postponement of an appointment

Agreed appointments are generally binding. The time and place of the service are mutually agreed upon by the parties involved. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment at the latest. After that, the fee will be invoiced in full.

4) Insurance protection and liability

Our cooperation is based on cooperation and mutual trust. It should be pointed out that individual and team coaching, seminars and workshops are self-responsible processes and certain successes cannot be guaranteed. Customers are supported in their process when making decisions and changes - the actual change work is done by the customers themselves. Clients bear full responsibility for themselves and their actions inside and outside of the sessions and are responsible for any damage caused. My treatments do not replace psychotherapy. Participation requires normal mental and physical resilience. Liability on my part is excluded.

5) Confidentiality

Dr. Veronika Jana Lubert undertakes to maintain confidentiality towards third parties about all operational, business and private matters of the customer that have become known in the course of the activity, even after the end of the contract.
